Someone in our HR department sourced Employment Success and they helped us design resumes for our warehouse staff including management and labour. They also included several zoom groups workshops that helped many of our staff with their job search. Although it is very tough to go through these types of situations, the staff felt they were well prepared to get another job.”

We are in a competitive sector and we didn’t want to lose our staff to other companies, although we consider ourselves to be a ‘family-oriented’ organization. I found Employment Success and inquired about their workshops that motivated and inspired (as their website mentions.) I worked with their team and developed a short and sweet workshop to motivate. At first, the Employment Success coach tried it with a small department. It was well-received. There of course was a little tune-up with some staff feedback, but after trying it with other departments, we found that morale was up and productivity was at its highest since before the pandemic.
